By accessing or using SLClassRoom, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third parties), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SLClassRoom and its licensors.

Note on Third-Party Content:

SLClassRoom curates and provides access to publicly available educational content from YouTube and other sources. We do not claim ownership of this third-party content. All rights, title, and interest in such content remain with the respective owners.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter" or "spam".
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SLClassRoom, an SLClassRoom employee, another user or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service.

4. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by SLClassRoom. SLClassRoom has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall SLClassRoom, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
